The application to the Office of the National Rail Safety Regulator (ONRSR) is progressing. Once accreditation is granted then the loop will be restored then accreditation to allow for the progressive restoration of the line will be applied for.
An IBRPS member has provided a Kubota excavator suitable for use in the restoration.
The workshop electrics have been upgraded and are now functional thanks to a grant from the Bendigo Bank and the efforts of electrician Mathew Conrades.
